Built by people who like to build things.
It started with cars. Our founder grew up doing hands-on mechanical work and that love for how things come together never went away. It just evolved.
Family owned. Every piece made with the same care and precision we've always put into the things we build.
We built this for ourselves first. The fact that you're here means we did something right.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Built Models: 3–5 business days production + 2–5 business days transit = 7–10 business days total.
DIY Kits: 2–3 business days production + 2–5 business days transit = 5–7 business days total.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship worldwide from Florida, United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within the stated processing window, please contact us at support@alist3d.com.

Returns
Return Policy
MADE TO ORDER
Every item we sell is printed to order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge. To initiate a claim, contact us at support@alist3d.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement. We reserve the right to assess each case individually.

Everything you need to know about our models and kits.
Built Models ship within 7–10 business days (3–5 days production + 2–5 days transit). DIY Kits ship within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Built Models arrive fully assembled, quality-checked, and ready to display. DIY Kits include all printed parts, hardware, and illustrated assembly instructions so you can build it yourself.
Every kit includes all printed parts in labeled bags, all required hardware, and a detailed illustrated assembly guide. You'll need super glue, a cutter, and sandpaper. These are not included.
All models are printed with premium PLA+ at 0.2mm layer height. Structural parts use a minimum 75% infill for durability and long-term display integrity.
Contact us at support@alist3d.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll replace it at no charge.
